Egg Processing Guidebook 55 ENSURE TRACEABILITY IN EGG PROCESSING Together with our partners at Ovotrack, a company well-known for its traceability solutions, we help you keep track of the processed eggs’ origin. With Breaker Batches, you get accurate and detailed data of batch-specific breaking results that help you provide additional value to your customers without downtime in your breaking process. After scanning the label, the exact time of batch change is signaled to the breaking machine with help of the RFID egg. Thanks to this automatic batch change, the loader does not have to run empty to capture the exact breaking results, meaning no loss of capacity. IMPROVING PRODUCTION OVERVIEW The brand-new and intuitive user interface provides an easier overview of all production and maintenance data, enabling you to plan your production the most efficiently. As an example we have introduced graphic displays of the production data, overall and per line, making it easier and faster to view. The error log is combined with a visual display of the problem area, enabling you to locate it faster and evaluate what to do. Furthermore, you are able to get the manuals, electrical drawings, and maintenance videos displayed directly on the HMI, saving time getting the information. REMOTE ACCESS VIA THE CLOUD Unscheduled downtime costs money. That´s why we developed LinkPro, a solution that via a secure VPN connection allows our technical support to access the machine diagnostics to help reduce the downtime. On top of that LinkPro offers you easy access and actional insight into the data logged to the cloud in real-time. This means you get full control over your production process, for example by spotting and reacting to deviations based on historical data and a standard dashboard providing high value.
